OAKLAND ADU

A young couple desired stronger social interaction with family and friends.  To create that closer bond meant closer proximity through the building of an accessory dwelling unit (ADU).   The ADU will provide flexibility for visiting guests or long term rental.  The ADU also contains an art studio space.
