37th St Addition

The 37th St Addition is very modest at about 100 square feet but was transformative for our clients.  In the original condition of the simple 1919 craftsman house, the access for the backyard was through a bedroom.  The Addition re-arranges the pathways and allows for direct access to the rear yard while maintaining privacy in the bedroom.  Playful features such as the corner bay window, colorful panel exterior and accent colors interior bring delight to a small space.
